1. Service operator and acceptance

Confyra AI is operated by Mantan Kumar as an individual. No company or other legal entity has been registered for Confyra. In these terms, Mantan Kumar is the “Operator.” These terms apply when you create or use a Confyra account or service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact details are on the Contact & Support page.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly

New plan purchases use one-time Orders and do not renew automatically. Any Razorpay Subscriptions created under the previous checkout flow remain subject to their existing provider status and authorized billing terms; the current pricing flow does not create new subscriptions.

• Use Confyra only for lawful personal learning and practice.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit content or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Mantan Kumar may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse or security risks, comply with law, or discontinue the service, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Confyra at any time. Account and data deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Learning, practice, and AI coaching

Confyra provides lessons, progress features, camera-based metric estimates, locally calculated voice metrics, and AI-generated coaching. Camera and audio-derived scores are estimates, not clinical, scientific, employment, educational, or other professional assessments. AI coaching is informational, may be incomplete or incorrect, and does not guarantee a particular result.

Do not use coaching as a substitute for professional advice or as the sole basis for a consequential decision. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding whether to use them.

Raw camera frames and microphone audio are processed in your browser for the current practice and are not uploaded by the current MediaPipe/Web Audio implementation. Derived metrics and the supplied scenario/topic may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy. This statement should be revisited if the implementation changes.

4. Plans, payments, and access periods

Plan descriptions and prices are shown on the pricing page. Free access currently includes three AI practices per day (India Standard Time), the first two Beginner modules, and basic progress tracking. Monthly access includes 10 practices per day, the 3 Months plan includes 15 per day, and the Yearly plan includes 20 per day; paid plans include all learning modules.

Current prices are ₹399 or $9 for one month, ₹999 or $24 for three months, and ₹2,999 or $79 for one year. The pricing page displays the currency selected for your locale. USD checkout requires international payments to be enabled for the Razorpay account and may not be available in every account or region.

A paid plan is purchased once through Razorpay Standard Checkout for the selected access period. It does not automatically renew; purchase another plan to extend access. Review the plan, currency, amount, and payment details in Checkout before confirming.

Razorpay mode is selected explicitly by server configuration. Test transactions are simulations and do not represent real payments. Live payment availability depends on matching Live API credentials, plan configuration where applicable, and Live webhook configuration. A free trial is not offered.

Paid access begins only after Confyra processes Razorpay’s signed payment-captured webhook. A browser checkout result or signature verification alone does not grant access. The verified access period starts after payment confirmation; if confirmation is delayed, the account may remain on its previous plan until the webhook is processed.

5. Plan expiry and refunds

These plan purchases do not auto-renew, so there is no future renewal to cancel. Access expires at the end of the purchased period unless you make another purchase. If a payment is pending or you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact confyraai@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay order or payment reference. Do not send payment credentials.

If you have a pre-existing Razorpay Subscription from the previous checkout flow, email confyraai@gmail.com with your account email and subscription reference to request cancellation. The email itself does not cancel it; wait for confirmation that Razorpay’s status has been updated. Any applicable refund request is separate from cancelling that subscription.

A refund request for a payment already made is separate from plan expiry. See the Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

Features, limits, and availability may change. We will update the service and these terms when material changes are made. Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance only where applicable law permits and after any required notice or consent.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The service and its materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. You may use Confyra for personal learning and practice while your access is available, but may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit service materials except as permitted by law or with permission from the relevant rights holder. You retain rights you hold in information you submit. The Operator may use feedback to improve the service without identifying you publicly.

8. Disclaimers and legal review

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law, consumer rights, dispute procedure, and any limitation-of-liability wording require jurisdiction-specific legal review before publication.
