Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Plans and payments

The configured prices are ₹399 or $9 for one month, ₹999 or $24 for three months, and ₹2,999 or $79 for one year. Razorpay Checkout shows the currency and amount for the selected plan before payment. USD checkout requires international payments to be enabled for the Razorpay account; availability is not guaranteed.

Each plan is a one-time payment for its stated access period and does not auto-renew. A browser checkout result or signature verification does not activate paid access. Confyra grants access only after its server processes Razorpay’s signed payment-captured webhook. If that confirmation is delayed, access may remain pending until it is processed.

2. Plan expiry

Plan purchases do not auto-renew, so there is no renewal to cancel. Access ends when the purchased period expires unless you buy another plan. If you believe an order is still pending or a payment was processed incorrectly, contact confyraai@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay order or payment reference. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, card details, CVV, API keys, or other credentials.

If you have a pre-existing Razorpay Subscription from the previous checkout flow, email confyraai@gmail.com with your account email and subscription reference to request cancellation. The email is only a request and does not cancel the subscription. Wait for confirmation that Razorpay’s status has been updated. Any refund request for a payment already made is separate from that cancellation request.

Paid access follows the payment and expiry recorded after verification. Checkout success alone is not confirmation that access has started.

3. Payment failures and subscription status

Razorpay may report an order payment as failed, authorized, or captured. Confyra uses signed provider events to record payment status; only a captured payment matching the server-created order can grant plan access. Do not assume access is active until the account reflects the verified plan.

If Checkout appears successful but your account has not updated, allow time for webhook confirmation and then contact support with your account email, approximate transaction time, and Razorpay subscription/payment reference. Never email sensitive payment credentials.

4. Refund requests

A refund request concerns a payment already made and is separate from plan expiry or a later purchase. Test transactions are simulations and do not represent payment of real funds. If you believe a real charge occurred, email confyraai@gmail.com with the transaction reference, without including full card details or security credentials.

Live billing, refund eligibility rules, and refund-processing arrangements have not been enabled or established. No refund is automatic or guaranteed by this policy. If live billing is introduced, requests will need to be assessed against the payment and provider records, the final published policy, and applicable law. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
